1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BarbuxBarter ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Platform.

BarbuxBarter is a B2B barter marketplace that facilitates the exchange of goods and services between verified businesses using barbux credits. These terms govern your use of the Platform and all related services.

2. Eligibility

To use BarbuxBarter, you must:

• Operate a legitimate business registered in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

BarbuxBarter reserves the right to verify your business information and deny or revoke access to any user who does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Activation

All businesses that meet the eligibility requirements will have their accounts activated instantly and can access the marketplace immediately. No admin review or approval required.

• Compliance with our community standards
• Accuracy of submitted information

Activated businesses receive 1000 free Barbux credits upon activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Account Suspension, Revocation, and Termination

BarbuxBarter reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate membership at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or explanation. This includes removal of users and forfeiture of any accrued barter credits.

5. barbux credits

barbux credits are the digital currency used on BarbuxBarter. Key terms:

• 1 barbux credits = 1 USD in purchasing power
• Credits can only be used within the BarbuxBarter network
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or transferred outside the platform
• Credits do not expire
• You earn credits by selling services to other members
• You spend credits by purchasing services from other members

6. Fees and Payments

BarbuxBarter charges a 5% cash transaction fee on all completed trades. This fee is charged to the seller's card only — buyers pay no additional cash. The fee is charged when a transaction is successfully recorded on the platform. There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or listing fees.

All fees are non-refundable. BarbuxBarter reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice to active members.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Create fake trades or manipulate credit balances
• Fail to deliver goods or services as agreed
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a trade dispute arises, members should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If resolution cannot be reached, either party may file a dispute through the platform. BarbuxBarter will investigate and mediate, and may reverse credit transfers if fraud or non-delivery is confirmed.

9. Termination

BarbuxBarter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its members. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and any unused barbux credits will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

BarbuxBarter provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods and services traded between members. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

BarbuxBarter may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
