Important Notice
Members are strictly prohibited from inflating barter pricing above the cash amount they normally charge for their goods or services. Any member found inflating prices will be removed from the system and will lose any accrued barter credits.
1. Purpose
BarbuxBarter provides instant account activation for eligible businesses, ensuring quick access to our B2B barter marketplace. This policy outlines the requirements for instant activation.
All businesses meeting the requirements will have their accounts activated instantly and receive 1000 free barbux credits.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for BarbuxBarter membership, your business must:
- Be a legitimate, operational business registered in the United States
- Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax ID
- Offer genuine goods or services suitable for B2B barter
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Have an authorized representative who is at least 18 years old
- Maintain a professional business presence (website, physical location, or verifiable online presence)
3. Application Process
Step 1: Submit Application
Complete the online registration form with accurate business information, including:
- Legal business name and DBA (if applicable)
- Business address and contact information
- Industry and service categories
- Tax ID / EIN
- Authorized representative name and contact details
- Business website or online presence
Step 2: Instant Activation
If your business meets the eligibility requirements, your account will be activated instantly and credited with 1000 free barbux credits. No waiting or admin review required.
4. Approval Criteria
Applications are evaluated based on:
- Business Legitimacy: Is the business real, operational, and verifiable?
- Service Quality: Does the business offer professional, high-quality goods or services?
- Community Fit: Is the business a good fit for our B2B barter network?
- Compliance: Does the business comply with legal and ethical standards?
- Reputation: Does the business have a positive track record and professional reputation?
5. Reasons for Denial
Applications may be denied if:
- The business cannot be verified or appears fraudulent
- Submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading
- The business operates in a prohibited industry (e.g., adult content, gambling, illegal activities)
- The business has a history of fraud, scams, or unethical practices
- The applicant is under 18 years of age
- The business does not meet our quality or professionalism standards
- The applicant has previously been banned from BarbuxBarter
6. Reapplication
If your application is denied, you will receive an explanation of the reason. You may reapply after addressing the issues cited in the denial. There is no limit to the number of times you can reapply, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
7. Activation Timeline
Accounts are activated instantly upon successful registration. If additional information is required, you will be notified immediately.
8. Post-Activation Responsibilities
Once your account is live, members must:
- Keep account information accurate and up-to-date
- Comply with all BarbuxBarter policies and rules
- Conduct trades professionally and ethically
- Respond to verification requests if needed
- Notify us of any significant business changes
Failure to maintain compliance may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Account Suspension and Revocation
BarbuxBarter reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time if:
- The business is found to have provided false information
- The member violates our Terms & Conditions or Barter Rules
- The member engages in fraudulent or unethical activity
- The business ceases operations or becomes ineligible
10. Appeals
If your account was suspended unfairly, you may submit an appeal to appeals@barbuxbarter.com within 30 days. Include your business name and account ID, and any supporting documentation. Appeals are reviewed promptly.
